Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us. If the product has already been shipped, please refuse the delivery so it is returned. To receive a full refund, you must return the product within 7 days of the delivery date agreed upon at the time of your order. Please note that if the returned product is damaged or does not function properly, a refund cannot be issued.

Returns

Defective Products: Please contact us promptly upon product arrival. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

Return Deadline: Within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns due to personal preference. We will bear the cost for defective products.

Payment Deadline

Initial Fee Payment Deadline:

Cash on Delivery: Please pay in cash when the product is delivered.

Bank Transfer: Products will be shipped once the payment for the "Initial Fee" is completed.

Monthly Fee Payment Deadline:

  • If the scheduled arrival date is between the 1st - 10th, the payment period is from the 26th to the 5th of the next month.
  • If the scheduled arrival date is between the 11th - 20th, the payment period is from the 6th to the 15th of each month.
  • If the scheduled arrival date is between the 21st - 31st, the payment period is from the 16th to the 25th of each month.

キャンセル規定

ご注文のキャンセルを希望する場合、当社までご連絡ください。商品がすでに発送済みの場合は、受け取りをせずにお戻しください。 全額返金を受けるためには、ご注文時にご指定いただきました到着希望日から7日以内に商品をご返送いただく必要があります。 なお、返送された商品が破損している場合や正常に動作しない場合は、返金はできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

返品について

不良品: 商品到着後、速やかにご連絡ください。

返品期限: 到着ご指定日の７日以内とさせていただきます

返品送料: お客様都合による返品につきましてはお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。不良品に該当する場合は当方で負担いたします。

  • 商品到着予定日は１日～１０日の場合、支払い期間は毎２６日～５日
  • 商品到着予定日は１１日～２０日の場合、支払い期間は毎６日～１５日
  • 商品到着予定日は２１日～３１日の場合、支払い期間は毎１６日～２５日
